You don't pay for the high general expenses (rent, secretary, vehicles) of corporate firms. Since I work independently and individually, I offer the same professional service at a cost well below market conditions. Your fees are spent on your building, not on management.
All expenses are invoiced and documented. Monthly income-expense tables, bank statements, and cash status are regularly shared on the WhatsApp group. Any property owner can audit the accounts at any time.
We don't just collect fees. I personally deal with all kinds of technical, administrative, and legal problems of your building, from elevator tags to roof insulation, from caretaker severance pay to legal enforcement proceedings.
